Welcome to Frederick Lawson Lodge No. 9185
Thank you for taking the time to visit us. Frederick Lawson Lodge is a welcoming and vibrant Masonic Lodge based in Beaconsfield, within the Province of Buckinghamshire. We meet on Saturday evenings in February, April, June, October, and December—each gathering begins around 4:30 pm and is followed by our popular festive board from 7:15 to 9:30 pm. Afterwards, we often continue the evening at the bar, where lively conversations and lasting friendships flourish.
We're proud to be known as a friendly, inclusive and informal lodge. Visitors frequently comment on the warmth of our welcome and the enjoyable, relaxed spirit of our meetings. We believe Freemasonry should be a pleasure to experience—rooted in mutual support, genuine friendship, and a touch of fun.
For brethren advancing to the Master's chair, we offer a shared Lodge of Instruction with our sister lodge, Hall Barn Lodge No. 8480, most Thursdays from September to June. This close collaboration provides a valuable opportunity for learning, mentoring, and fellowship.
In recent years, some members have moved away or paused their Masonic journey to focus on work or family. As a result, we're actively looking to grow—by welcoming new initiates and experienced Masons seeking a new home. If you're considering joining Freemasonry or finding a new lodge, we invite you to visit our Join Our Lodge page to learn more and connect with us.
Frederick Lawson Lodge embraces tradition while keeping in step with modern life. We use social media to stay in touch week-to-week, and during the lockdown period, this connection proved invaluable. We also enjoy a full social calendar, which includes cherished events like our Christmas White Table—an evening of festive cheer shared with friends and family.
We'd love for you to experience our signature brand of happy Freemasonry. Get in touch, attend one of our meetings, or join us at a social event—you're assured of a warm welcome and meaningful fellowship.
